• EMCC was originally the Mentoring Council, however over time the focus has swung more to Coaching with Mentoring left somewhat in the background.
• Mick Lavin worked with the global team over several years to develop the Mentoring Definition and additional Mentoring Competencies.
• During this club session we will briefly revisit this work and review the 8 + 2 competencies of Coaching and Mentoring and then open the floor up for reflections and discussions
